好天の素晴らしい山行でした。南アルプスから望む富士山はとても大きく雄大でした。

○ 安全にみんなで登山を楽しむために

・参加者は自分の体力を確認しましょう。山行を迎えるに当たって十分な体力をつけて参加しましょう。

・先頭者は後続者を必ず目視してから先に進みましょう。

・いろいろなリスクがある場面では必ず参加者みんなに報告しましょう。

  30. Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now every time a remark is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there any way you’ll be able to remove me from that service? Thanks!
