好天の素晴らしい山行でした。南アルプスから望む富士山はとても大きく雄大でした。

・参加者は自分の体力を確認しましょう。山行を迎えるに当たって十分な体力をつけて参加しましょう。
・先頭者は後続者を必ず目視してから先に進みましょう。
・いろいろなリスクがある場面では必ず参加者みんなに報告しましょう。
