コースタイム ： 北谷登山口8：33→10：47鬼が鼻岩→11：29猟師岩山→11：44小爪峠12：11→13：10椎原峠→14：15椎原峠登山口 （約5時間半）
北谷は、以前は鬼が鼻岩に登るメインルートだったようだが今は通る人も少ない。荒れてはいるが、うっすらと踏み跡はあるので、それを見ながら北谷を離れないように登っていく。一度林道に出るが林道から上の谷は、静かで深い緑に包まれていた。谷を登りつめると、鬼が鼻岩直登コースと合流する。鬼が鼻からは稜線を 小爪峠まで。昼食後、佐賀県側の巻道をたどる。途中、左手に「見晴らし岩」を見る。椎原峠手前を下り椎原峠に至る。「エゴノキ」の花が、真っ白い絨毯のように道を埋め尽くしていた。

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
