花乱の滝登山道から分かれて沢沿いの道を行く。倒木や石が多く歩きにくい。整備された登山道と違って頭と体をフルに使って一番歩きやすい所を選んで進む。絶好のボケ防止だ。十字峡に着くと左股をつめる。最後は無理やり登り上がって、林道に出る。ここから三瀬山までの尾根道は気持ちがいい。三瀬峠にぶつかった後は、城の山・金山へ。金山は直登で無理やり登る。これだけ体と頭をフル活用したので、昼食がおいしかった。早春の花たちがひっそりと顔を出していた。下山の新飼ルートはよく整備され、明るくなっていた。たくさんの人に通ってほしい。
