【コースタイム】 8：00車谷登山口→10：10矢筈峠→10：40縦走路途中で昼食（30分）→12：08椎原峠→13：10車谷登山口
8：00には車谷に14人が全員集合。今日は猛暑日になるとの予報。休憩をたくさん取りながらゆっくり進む。いきなり、笹原を泳ぐように進む。足元が見えない。5分も進むと登山道がやっと見えてきた。一度林道に出て左折し、すぐまた登山道に入る。沢沿いは風が少し吹き、疲れを取り除いてくれる。クーラーの風とは違う心地よさだ。峠まであと１０分というところ辺りに「オニコナスビ」は咲いていた。かわいい花だ。オニコナスビを初めて観たという方もいた。いい時期の来ることができて本当の良かった。「キツネノカミソリ」は、車谷の中間より上辺りにわずかに咲いていただけだった。オニコナスビの咲く辺りにも以前はさいていたが、大雨で削られ無残にも球根が露出している状態だった。
矢筈峠に出たら後は下るばかりだ。縦走路途中の見晴らしのいい広場で昼食をゆっくり取り、椎原峠から下る 蒸し暑い中だったが、さすが想山会の皆さん。元気に歩きとおした。
