「６月２２日（土）」 福岡市役所 中央公園側 7:00 → 指宿 12:30 → 魚見岳 登山口 竹林ｹ島（砂洲往復） 14:00/14:30 ～魚見岳 バスで山頂へ 15:00/15:30 ～宿 16:00
「６月２３日（日）」 知覧平和祈念館 11:20/12:40 → 蕎麦屋（昼食） → 13:00/13:40 → 福岡市役所 18:00
【感想文】
１週間ほど前からおそらく雨天であることは予想していましたが、当日早朝はまだ曇りでした。市役所前に7:00に集合して出発しましたが天候は一向に改善されず途中、事故渋滞もあり「道の駅」で昼食後、指宿に12：30ごろ到着しました。
早速、魚見岳に向かいましたがやはり天気の好転はなく、とりあえず砂洲でつながった「知林ヶ島」へ行きました。途中で役場の担当の方に島へは行けるが、散策路崩壊のため“上陸はしないよう”指示されて島まで
砂洲を歩いてUターンして、往復1時間を過ごしました。
次に魚見岳ヘ向かいましたが、頂上まで舗装道路があり、ところどころ法面が先日来の雨で崩壊していたので頂上までバスのお世話になりました。そこで知林ヶ島の眺望を楽しみ宿へ向かいました。あとはお定まりの食事・宴会でした。
翌日は前日よりさらに条件が悪く、開聞岳登山は諦めて「知覧平和祈念館」へ行き一泣きした後、不謹慎ながら近くの蕎麦屋で蕎麦を食べて帰路に着きました。
