大崩山塊前衛　比叡山・行縢山（雄岳）１泊２日

山  域 ：  　大崩山塊前衛　比叡山・行縢山（雄岳）　宮崎県延岡市

コース ：　　　 １日目　　基山PA 集合→比叡山→（車移動）→むかばき少年自然の家（テント泊）

２日目　　少年自然の家→行縢山→基山PA

参加者 ：　　　６ 名

コロナ明けで山に登る。はたして体力は大丈夫だろうか？なかなか体力が回復せず、みなさんに迷惑をかけたら申し訳ない。参加してもいいのだろうか…悩む。登山計画書を見ると、テント泊ではあるが思い荷物を持って縦走するわけではない。初日、比叡山に登り、下山後、車で少年自然の家に行ってテント泊、二日目に行縢山に登る計画だ。行程を見てもそう長い間歩くわけではない。頑張れば行けるはず…。とりあえず、ほぼ２週間自宅から出ておらず、すごくとても外に出たい。まして登ったことのない山ならなおさらだ。自炊も疲れたし外食したい。とくに生野菜が食べたいのだ。

一日目、比叡山は登山学校のクライミングで登って以来。クライミング時の下山道を登り頂上へ到達。さらにカランコロン岩まで向かう。カランコロン岩は割れ目に小石を投げると「カランコロン」と音が反響して落ちていく岩だ。一緒に落ちないように気を付けたい。

休憩時におにぎりをいだだいた。「うう、…うまい。」久々に他人が作った料理を食べて嬉しくなる。何とか岩に到着できた！頂上と違って見晴らしもいい。年の数だけ石を入れようと周りを探したが石はほとんどなく、途中で拾って正解だった。

下山後、少年自然の家でテント泊。テントサイトはゴミもなく、炊事場、トイレもきれいで、すぐ横に行縢山がある。迫力あるなあ。お楽しみの夕食はKさんが担当とのことだった。食担というらしい。テーブルにはいろいろな料理が並ぶ。こじゃれた居酒屋だ。

二日目、行縢山に向かう。途中の吊り橋から高く大きな滝を見る。高さ70ｍもある行縢の滝。あの滝の上にある沢を渡渉するのだ。興奮する。植林が少なく緑が美しい。歩きやすくいい山だ。昨日はきつかったが今日はそうでもない。昨日今日と日帰りの荷物だったが、ストックを使うと楽でよかった。これまでストックは縦走泊などの重い荷物の時にしか使っていなかったが、体力のない体にはとてもいい。

今回、体力のなかった私に、皆さん、だいぶ気を使ってくださった。いい山、おいしい食事、やさしいお言葉。「山はいいな」と思った山行であった。
