【感 想】 ① トイレブースの視察と天狗ヶ城、中岳、御池に行って来ました。登山道は雪が残っていましたが、天気が良く寒さはあまり感じませんでした。空気が澄んでいて、山頂では阿蘇山や三郡山地まで見えました。御池は凍った池の上に雪が積っており、想像していたスケートリンクとは違っていましたが、池の上を歩く事が出来て楽しかったです。今回の目的、トイレブースですが、便器の中にネットが張ってあり、そこに携帯トイレをセットする様になっています。バイオトイレと避難小屋の間に2つ設置されていました。冬はバイオトイレが使えないので、いざと言う時に助かります。お天気にも恵まれて、気持ち良く楽しく歩く事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。
【感 想】 ②
福岡想山会のくじゅう分かれの避難小屋再建に当たり、山のトイレ問題協議会で大分県に申し入れていたトイレブースが併設されたという事で、見に行こうという自然保護部の活動として参加する事になりました。
久し振りのくじゅうは日頃、九州人には縁の薄い雪や氷に、童心に返って戯れる事が出来、雲ひとつ無い青空がくじゅう連山の山々の絶景を輝かせ、阿蘇、祖母等の全ての近隣の山々、遠くは雲仙、英彦山まで、見渡せました。
くじゅう分かれに着いてトイレブース見学をしました。冬季は低温過ぎてバイオトイレも使えませんが、ブースで、風を除けられます。持参した簡易トイレを丸い穴にはめて使用して、簡易トイレの外側のジップロックに入れて持ち帰る事で、くじゅうの自然を守る事になるとの事でした。
見学、昼食後にくじゅうの一丁目一番地でもある、中岳に登ります。まずは天狗ヶ城からでした。登りは雪も少なく何ともなく、下の御池の銀世界が見えて嬉しく思っていましたが、天狗ヶ城の下山は、雪、石、氷、岩、凍結が斑になった急斜面で、ストックがすぐに折れて使えない状況で派手に転びました。宮本さんよりストックを一本貸して頂き、なんとか転びながらも中岳を経て御池へ。分厚く凍りつつも5cm以上のパウダースノーで全く滑らない不思議な体験をしました。
帰り道で足が２回攣り、芍薬甘草湯をのんだり、頂きものの塩をのんだりしましたが、攣りは治ったものの急な沓掛山の下山から先は10回以上転げまくり、上西さんをはじめ皆さんに見守られながらの下山で、ご迷惑をおかけ致しました。牧ノ戸登山口に近くなる程、コンクリート登山道の凍結が厳しく、後60mでバスの所で六本アイゼンを付けて下山しました。他の方は70代の先輩をはじめ殆ど転ばない、足もつらない、ノンアイゼンで下山しました。
運動不足、登山不足、水分補給不足、その上、登山靴が5年経過しているボロボロのソールだった事で、何回も転び、大事に至ら無かったものの脇腹や背中に痛みが有り、大反省しております。
