この時期「オオキツネノカミソリ」の花を観たいのと、少しでも夏の暑さを克服出来たらと期待して、参加しました。案の定、気持ちは健脚の皆さんに付いていってる筈でしたが、身体がそうではありませんでした。登り始めの急な坂で、熱中症のような症状で歩けなくなりました。皆さんにお世話になり、塩分や水分を補給して何とか無事に登頂出来ました。頑張ったご褒美は、素晴らしいオオキツネノカミソリの花の群生でした。途中で諦めなくて良かったです。下りもトボトボ歩きの私に付き合って、一緒に歩いて下さったHさんとOさんには、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
思った程身体の疲れはありませんが、黒っぽいウェアと遅い歩みで、アブに２０ヶ所超刺されていました。下山後は、腫れと痒みと戦っていました。反省ばかりの山行でしたが、大勢で和気あいあいと楽しい一日でした。
まだまだヘタレな私にお付き合い、よろしくお願いします。
